About the solution
“Aeropong” is a modification of Ping-Pong which eliminates the ball chasing part of that game. It was hard for Pahnuly to play Ping-Pong because of her lack of hand/eye coordination. So Kusa created a game that is played by tying the string to the ball.
Pahnuly responded very well to this modification, so her brother bought supplies in order to improve the game: with some PVC pipe he fashioned a portable, vertical frame for the ball to hang from. Along with the improved set up, he also created a point system and a set of rules: if a player fails to return the ball through the vertical bars, the other person scores.
The game started to become popular, won contests and is now being manufactured by a local toy company.
