About the solution

Daiprox is a protection with a design registered that allows pacemaker and ICD carriers do sports, reducing the risk of being injured. The materials used have been tested and they are the most innovative ones, what it makes really safe for patients.
Also we have developed some surveys at the most important hospital in Barcelona to validate the solution together with the cardiologist team, and the results have shown that patient really need this solution and they validate it. There are 3 types of protection depending on the level of protection needed as some patients want a solution for daily use and other patients for doing sports only. After doing the survey we decided to adapt our product to allow that all patients have the protection needed. In fact they just need to change the shield.

This solution shall not include mention to the use of drugs, chemicals or biologicals (including food); invasive devices; offensive, commercial or inherently dangerous content. My name's Raul Dorado, I have a miocardiopathy hipertrofic assimetrical and I'm carrying an ICD seventeen years ago. My mother died of sudden death also due to the same illness and my little daughter has also the same issue. I have been suffering a lot for not being able to do sports because I was afraid of being injured and that's why I wanted to do something for people like me. I'd be really proud if I could share my product with more patients around the world, that's the main purpose of my project.
