About the solution
As any other autoimmune disease, the symptoms depend highly on the attacks to our immune system - and what we eat might be doing just that.
Taking a reliable (!) food intolerance test and adapting your diet accordingly (no matter how restrictive it could be) could improve your life quality immensely, by helping control the joint pain and swelling. I was skeptical about it, but it did just that for me!
