About the solution
Bounce a ball pilates: Therapy of my 2 year old daughter passes by jumping for about 20 minutes over a pilates ball. Of course with help: she sits and I or my husband sat behind her (on the couch for example) and the waist we make it jump.
The characteristics of this age is easier if done while we watch cartoons.
