Saltar numa bola de pilates: a terapia da minha filha de 2 anos passa por saltar durante cerca de 20 minutos em cima de uma bola de pilates. Claro que com ajuda: ela senta-se e eu ou o meu marido sentamo-nos atrás dela (no sofá por exemplo) e pela cintura fazemos com que ela salte.
Pelas características da idade isto é facilitado se for feito enquanto vemos desenhos animados.
