About the solution
The therapist confirmed to us that would be the blankets and sheets are forcing the fragile joint overnight. After some time nor the sheet was bearable but without sheets or blankets on the feet, these got cold more easily. We design what was to be a closed support for the blankets and sheets that give a touch less unpleasant to the bed and does not allow your feet to cool as much as the common support in metal.
