About the solution
One of the things that has been very important to cope with my bipolar disorder, is the involvement that I was having, as a volunteer in organizations of users of this pathology.
It was something that started as a response to a moral imperative that I felt when I got my stability, to help those who were going through difficult situations, for which I had passed, but then I was me realizing that this situation also had an impact very positive in myself, either by increasing the knowledge about the disease was taking, either for the welfare that made me feel that being to help others.

Dear John, all new shares that we develop in our lives involve risks and fears, but if we give in to our fears, we would probably hostages of ourselves and can hardly be happy. I always struggled to be happy, this was always my plan. I realize that I have a chronic disease, for whom I have the utmost respect, but that does not mean you have given up on my goal and so my life does not revolve around you. When I started developing volunteer activities, as mentioned, did it out of conviction and motivation that I felt to be able to respond to situations of great suffering, and maybe it does not have me worried about the impact it would have on me. I limited myself to act.
As for qualifying, any patient is an 'expert by experience (expert by experience), "in so far as the disease on their lives day to day, in a very intimate and very present form. Over time I was also having access to too much information at conferences, seminars and workshop that I was attending. Today we also have the Internet as an endless source of information, but be attention because not all are of good quality.
Life with bipolar disorder, like any life, is a path that goes through, with better and more difficult times. What is essential is to go hand-in-reinforcing increasingly want the knowledge of our body or our spirit, and to be increasingly prepared to go in a way that makes us happy.
Sometimes bipolar disorder causes some delays in our plans, but the key is to never stop trying, keep hoping that happiness later, or earlier, will arrive. My already arrived.

Good night! Already, congratulations positivity that the solution carries. I wonder if when performing this type of action never feels it may spark some "trigger" that affects and demanded some professional qualification in the field for the exercise thereof. I still walk every year to see what to improve and what actually improves. Stability is not a word that I see as 100% adaptable to something like bipolarity. Even exist?
