Debby Marchena is a visually impaired person, VIP.
After a collision in 2017, Debby Marchena came up with the light emitting white cane as a solution for her visibility, which now carries her name: the Marchena LightupCane.

It is a white cane that can be lit up completely. From now on VIPs can take to the streets more safely in the dark. The others see us from afar.
