SSone - a platform for confidential delivery of care across the Internet

In the real world, we expect consultations to be completely confidential. But when care goes digital, most platforms compromise that privacy—information often becomes accessible to technical staff, organisations, advertisers, or even hackers. This means sensitive data can be exposed when patients are most vulnerable.
SSone ensures all information exchanges are end-to-end encrypted (E2EE), so only the patient and clinician can access the content. No app is needed; the patient receives everything via a secure web interface. On top of this, SSone includes a flexible care pathway builder, allowing clinicians to share personalised content, adapt plans as needs evolve, and support long-term care journeys such as mental health, cancer, diabetes, or weight management.
The platform grew from two key insights: that the real challenge isn’t just confidential video, but confidential care communication overall—and that mental health is just one part of a wider need for secure, structured support in long-term care.
SSone also helps senior consultants formalise and share care pathways, making them usable by frontline staff while enabling real-time adjustments. It supports cross-organisational delivery, offering visibility into how clinical guidance is implemented and how it impacts patient outcomes.
