About the solution
Jeff, who is a designer, searched for alternatives but couldn’t find any. So he took action, and started designing patient-friendly crutches.
“He and his team observed patients as they used traditional crutches and gathered their feedback on the problems they were having. Drawing on his knowledge of human anatomy and his professional experience of designing products that support the human body in space, he developed a series of prototypes of a more patient-friendly crutch and began testing them with patient groups. After two years of continuous design, testing and refinement, Mobi introduced Mobilegs, an ergonomic, technologically advanced crutch designed to make crutch walking easier, less painful and safer for patients”, it says on the official website.
