About the solution
Ayble Health is a digital gastroenterology care platform that combines behavior science and clinical protocols to improve the standard of care for patients radically. It helps manage various digestive diseases like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and IBD (Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis). Ayble Health is available in all 50 states in the US, and in Canada and helps undiagnosed but experiencing gut discomfort. The goal of the platform is to guide patients to food freedom by:
PERSONALISED NUTRITION
1. Tracking what is eaten and identifying potential trigger foods based on collected data;
2. Eliminating temporarily the trigger foods and learning about the impacts and symptoms;
3. Reintroducing foods back into the diet to verify triggers, with the support of an expert coach.
4. Applying and adjusting work with the coach and the app food discovery engine to learn how to apply the personalized diet to everyday life.
PERSONALISED PSYCHOLOGY
Aims to offer strategies and tools to retrain the miscommunication between the mind and the gut to help take control of digestive symptoms. Built by world-leading GI psychologists, Ayble’s Mind-Gut program helps break the frustrating cycle of stress and gut symptoms. This includes: Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Gut directed
hypnosis (GDH), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
It is the first and only gastroenterology company independently evaluated by the Validation Institute and Health Partner of the American Nutrition Association. Ayble does not replace care by healthcare providers, nor does it replace other treatments in use. Currently only available with a cash pay option, not covered by insurance. Pricing ranges from $9,99/month to $29.99/month.
Ayble Health was funded by seed investment, for-profit, in 2020 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
