Fibromyalgia - Solution to wash and dry hair

I suffer from fibromyalgia, and often have my atrophied upper limbs, and with a stiffness such that it prevents me to do a series of tasks, such as washing and dry hair. For the second I adopted a system, went to a store of products for hairdressers and bought a thermal bag to make curls, after washing the head, I comb my hair the way I want it to stay, put the thermal cap on my head, insert the end of the bonnet hair dryer and after 30 min I have dry hair.
