About the solution

In my case, I believe that playing the piano in moderation, abiding by some rules, has helped maintain my hands' independence as it provides daily exercise. At the end of each hour, I rest for periods of ten minutes, so it doesn't become a strenuous exercise.

My name is Diogo Lopes, and I am a young pianist who suffers from Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. I found out that playing the piano helps to cope with my condition.
