I also agree that the joy and good mood help much on the quality of life of HIV-positive, I was already gay before and now I continue to be and to think further, try to face the problem as best as possible because there are those who are not infected with HIV and has problems as or larger than ours, the hungry, those who are trafficked and those who are suffering from cancer and end-stage course for a lot of us are worse than others, but faith and courage to face helps overcome. A hug or a friendly word and makes miracles in us, so here I am like you and for you !! A hug and kiss a lot of sense for everyone.

While not a unique recipe for our disease, I agree :) and testify to the immense optimism helps our immune system. Our mind has a very significant role and we need to take good care of it. No wonder they are usually the most positive people who can get up faster. Because depression is a disease closely associated with HIV, we must admit our depressive state so we can treat it.
