About the solution
Originally inspired by my father's battle with multiple sclerosis, which led to foot drop, the EvoWalk has come a long way since its inception. Since January 2024, it has transformed into an FDA-cleared Class II wearable device, leveraging functional electrical stimulation (FES) to aid ankle dorsiflexion and knee flexion or extension in adults grappling with muscle weakness due to upper motor neuron diseases or injuries like stroke or spinal cord damage.
Slim and sleek, the EvoWalk enhances your walking experience by effortlessly lifting your foot with every step, providing newfound freedom of movement. Its accompanying app allows users to tailor stimulation settings to their preferences, establish personalized goals, and track detailed progress, empowering individuals to take charge of their mobility journey.
Offering personalized therapy sessions, the EvoWalk fosters collaboration between users and clinicians, whether in a clinical setting or the comfort of home. Take Jon, for instance, who, following a stroke and subsequent foot drop, sought an affordable yet effective solution to enhance his mobility. From the moment he embraced the EvoWalk, Jon experienced marked improvement in foot clearance while walking.
Through dedicated use, a patient accomplished his ambitious goal of completing a 5k walk in under 90 minutes, a testament to EvoWalk's transformative impact on individuals living with foot drop due to neurological impairments. As well as improving their mobility on the spot, the Evowalk sleeve has the potential to have a rehabilitative effect over time.

I am a bit disappointed that this content is not that well described. I was told by my mates working on pediatric occupational therapy that the content here would be well informative. Now, I am sad, and I hope that you will post it better next time.
