About the solution
Kefir as a supplement.
For many years I know the benefits of taking KEFIR. When I discovered it was infected hiv, everyone told me I should take this, or that, or the other more because they had read that it could help me to the immune system-level ...
Did some research and discovered that it was not always so.
It was then that I remembered the benefits of kefir and started a daily intake of about half a liter. Helped me to increase my CD4 (always accompanied by the AVR's course) helped me slim down a few extra pounds and still helped the digestive level (left having bouts of heartburn and also regulated the intestinal level).
So as HIV positive, Kefir has only brought me benefits and currently already use milk kefir and am starting me in water kefir.

I met Kefir for over 30 years maybe, and remember that people said it was very good for strengthening the immune system, my mother came to do and take as do not like the taste of milk, could never take with water but did not know and so I will try.
