About the solution
She shared a tip on her blog, on how to shell a hard boiled egg with one hand.
“1. I firstly run it under the cold tap.
2. Then I put two pieces of kitchen paper on top of each other.
3. I then put the egg on top of the kitchen paper, in the middle.
4. I wrap the paper around it and give the egg a gentle squeeze, until I hear a crack.
5. Then I roll it around on the kitchen top. The egg shell tends to break off into the paper in large pieces.
6. So when the shell is all off, I take the egg out and screw up the paper with the egg shell and pop that in the bin”.
