Pain relief with acupuncture

I tried acupuncture to see if it might help me walk better. It didn’t, but it did get rid of the burning pain in my thighs.
I was taking a lot of pain relief, but still could not sleep all night. After two sessions the pain reduced, and my consumption of pain relief tablets went down. After six sessions I stopped taking tablets altogether. More importantly I was sleeping soundly through the night.

Constipation is common in many people with MS

Constipation is common in many people with MS. I have recently found a way of achieving bowel movements without straining. Perhaps it will work with others!
Whilst sitting on the toilet I move the top half of my body in a circular motion. For me anti-clockwise works best. The movement is not very fast, approximately 5 seconds for every circle. After one or two circles each successive circle produces results.
