Born out of the personal experiences of its founders—Ukrainian war refugees, one of them a cancer patient—who, after navigating the complexities of medical care across borders, recognized a profound gap in the healthcare system. After a year of treatment in Slovakia, the move to Munich highlighted a critical issue: the non-acceptance of EU-originated medical records, lost appointments, and the prohibitive costs of medical interpretation services.
