Über die Lösung
Giovanni Becchina entwickelte einen Prototyp einer wiederverwendbaren Maske mit austauschbarem Filter, um den Mangel an Schutzausrüstung während der Covid19-Pandemie zu bekämpfen.
Die Maske kann in Wasser und 5% Bleichmittel gewaschen werden. Der verwendete Filter ist ein 3M 5953 P3 oder 3M 5n1, zertifiziert mit einem Filterprozentsatz von 95%.
Die Maske besteht aus drei Teilen: Filter, Maske mit Ventilen, Weichteil. Giovanni erklärt, wie jedes Teil gedruckt werden muss, um ein besseres Ergebnis zu erzielen. Er gibt auch Anweisungen zum Zusammenbau der Komponenten und zum Testen des Prototyps.
