Constipation is common in many people with MS

Shared by Andrew on 2014-03-04 10:09

About the solution

Constipation is common in many people with MS. I have recently found a way of achieving bowel movements without straining. Perhaps it will work with others!
Whilst sitting on the toilet I move the top half of my body in a circular motion. For me anti-clockwise works best. The movement is not very fast, approximately 5 seconds for every circle. After one or two circles each successive circle produces results.

Andrew, this is really a good idea! The large intestine goes clockwise direction, and usually people say that helps to gently massage in clockwise direction, and that the anti-clockwise direction is better to stop diarrhea. It seems that anti-clockwise movements it works for you thus maybe can works to others! Thanks for the tip! :)
