ADAPTED GOLF for Holders of paraplegia (future Paralympic sport)
Golf is possible to be practiced by those with motor disabilities mode, regardless of being a top, bottom or even for those who are dependent on a wheelchair to move member. There are 4 ways to play with motor disabilities: sitting, with the support of one lower limb or one upper limb (and it is possible to interconnect them, eg sitting playing with one upper limb).
BENEFITS OF ADAPTED GOLF
Overall, the physical benefits from playing golf are increased cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, helps to preserve and regain flexibility, improve balance and motor coordination.
The psychological benefits are that it provides new learning and encourage the interaction with nature and the community.
