Preventive medicine means not just to prevent the "first serious disease", it means also to prevent additional health problems. To achieve a better health situation through a positive behavior, is the goal of this APP. Currently in german and english language.
In this APP patients with Diabetes, Heart Problems or Metabolic Disease can give in this Information, also informations they get from the Dental medicine doctor and informations about their Lifestyle (Smoking, weight, sports) and they get an index as an Output (as a number and a Color) - they can create a HISTORY and see how they get, hopefully, better. Simple and motivating. Less complexity, more Motivation.
